↳ After the sketch phase, the lineart will only allow minor revisions such as re-doing a hand pose.
↳ During the coloring phase, you are not allowed to give any more revisions as you have been given ample time and multiple updates to get everything right before it gets colored.
↳ Post-commission revisions vary. After a certain amount of time that you are unsatisfied with the art and want it fixed/altered/etc., you will have to pay additional fees.: ➛ Project NDA/Anonymity
↳ By default, the artist will be allowed to post work in progress or WIP, and/or the final showcase.

↳ Only the client will have the rights to re-upload the finished art and must have proper credits attached.
↳ Depending on the commission, you will get either a .PNG, .JPG and/or .JPEG upon request.
↳ Personal Use artworks will NOT have the signature taken off.
↳ All commissions default to personal use only unless you are willing to pay for a commercial fee. Using the art as wallpapers, profile pictures, pictures to share, etc. will not be breaking ToS. Using the art in a commercial manner such as stream banners, part of a monetized video, stickers for a business and the like, as long as it is business-related, are considered commercial. If this confuses you or you are unsure, please do not hesitate to ask.
↳ Client is not allowed to post commission WIPs watermarked or not and unwatermarked art that I have not agreed to be posted regardless of reasons.
↳ Artwork cannot be used commercially [if not agreed upon], or claimed as your own.
↳ Commercial use still DOES NOT MEAN you own or created the art piece, it is simply letting you sell merchandise of commissioned artwork physically or digitally. Please credit the artist accordingly.

↳ Raw editable model file will not be given. Client will only receive the model that can be used for streaming. Please be responsible with the files you paid hard-earned money for.
↳ [ART] You must not use the model in NFT, cryptocurrency and AI feeding.
↳ [RIG] With the explicit permission of the previous rigger, I will re-rig a model for you but we must actively include the previous artist and their say.: ➛ Client Usage

↳ Model can be used for any media such as advertisements, partnerships, streaming, recording, etc. as long as the ToS is followed.
↳ Redistribute your model wisely. It is my advice to keep the model files to yourself and not let any third-party outside of your model transactions use it.
